GRT Consulting will abide by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) act in the Data Processor role in the context of being an ATO and Advanced TC. So the personal information of candidates which are private ( including their name/ Date of Birth details/ Address / personal identity details etc) will be processed and securely stored. We will abide by the related clauses for collection, recording, use, storage and transmission of private data as per law.

All policies relating to verification of candidate details, exam administration, disclosure of results etc are being done considering the privacy guidelines as provided by PeopleCert. We will take explicit consent from the candidates, if we want to use their personal data and inform them how we are going to process it.

This personal data will be maintained securely and will be kept only as long it is required. We will also notify PeopleCert in case of any breach of security or privacy related representations from the candidates within stipulated timelines. ‘.
