Assessment of P3M Maturity

GRT Consulting LLP are amongst the very few organizations worldwide who are accredited as an AXELOS Consulting Partner (ACP) for P3M.

a) P3M3 (Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model) from AXELOS is a robust model which enable organizations to assess which level of maturity they are in,  and which are their areas of strength and those requiring improvement.
As a P3M3 ACP, GRT Consulting have assisted multiple organizations to assess their current P3M maturity, target maturity level they need to go to,  and how to go about enhancing the P3M maturity. These Organizations are from multiple domains , including Manufacturing, Telecom, Utilities , spanning across multiple Geographies (Middle-east, Far-east and India).
P3M3 harmonizes with Strategy implementation, as Projects/ programs and portfolio are the primary means by which the organizational strategy gets delivered.

> We also provide non-certification workshops, mainly for Corporate Clients.
