Following are the terms and conditions that govern the refund policy, which the Customer agrees to abide by during the payment.

Face to Face/ Web related Trainings

GRT Consulting LLP reserves the right to reschedule/ cancel training due to insufficient nominations, faculty illness or due to force-majeure events beyond its control.

• In case, the Company cancels training, 100% refund will be paid to the enrolled delegate.
• If a cancellation is done by an enrolled delegate 10 calendar days or more, prior to the event, 10% of total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the delegate.
• If a cancellation is done by a delegate 10 calendar days or less, prior to the event, no refunds will be made. Delegate replacements are permissible, with prior information to GRT Consulting LLP.
